ShareSonic is a modern Android file transfer application that lets you send and receive files using 6 different transfer methods.
High-speed file transfer over the same local WiFi network. Also works with laptops and browsers.
Share files through any browser without installing ShareSonic on the receiving device.
Offline file transfer using Bluetooth paired devices.
Direct device-to-device transfer without requiring a router or internet.
Share text, links, and small data instantly using NFC tap functionality.
Upload files and generate temporary shareable links accessible over the internet.
Personal Data: None.
ShareSonic does not collect, store, sell, rent, or share
your personal data with us or advertisers.
Crash Data: Anonymous Only.
When the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics automatically
sends an anonymous crash report containing:

100% Local. Files transfer directly between devices over your local WiFi network using a temporary local HTTP server. No internet connection is required.
100% Local. Browser Share hosts a temporary local web server on your device. Files never pass through our servers.
100% Local. Files are transferred directly between paired Bluetooth devices using RFCOMM sockets.
100% Local. Creates a direct peer-to-peer WiFi connection between devices without requiring a router or internet access.
100% Local. Data is exchanged through NFC NDEF records at very short range.
Uses Third-Party Hosting Services.
Cloud Share uploads your selected file to temporary file
hosting providers to generate a downloadable link.
Important:
Files uploaded through
Cloud Share are temporarily stored on third-party servers.
Do not upload sensitive or confidential files using Cloud
Share.
ShareSonic requests permissions only when needed for a specific feature.

only access files that you explicitly select.
ShareSonic stores some information locally on your device:

ShareSonic does NOT use AdMob, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, or any advertising SDKs. Firebase Crashlytics is used exclusively for improving app stability — not for tracking or profiling users.

For maximum privacy, use WiFi Transfer, Browser Share, Bluetooth, WiFi Direct, or NFC — these methods never leave your local network.
ShareSonic does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. The app is safe for general audiences.
